This Italian vegetarian burger is something you should try! You have never tasted something like it. The recipe is easy to prepare, meat-free and ecologically responsible. And besides that, it looks great.

This vegetarian burger is based on wheat and soy proteins. The hallmark of this vegetarian burger is that it tastes like a real burger. Italian influences are used for the topping. The combination of the vegetarian burger with Italian influences make it a very tasty burger. So even if you're not a vegetarian, this recipe is definitely recommended. This recipe can be enjoyed as a snack, lunch or dinner.

Healthy food

A healthy diet is important. Meat contains important nutrients. It is therefore important to know exactly what needs to be replaced in a meal without meat. First, proteins are essential for building and maintaining muscle, bone and blood. Iron is also an important nutrient for blood and hemoglobin. Then the carbohydrates. These are important as an energy source. The energy is needed for all body processes and serves as fuel for the brain. Finally the fat. Be moderate in saturated fats and choose unsaturated fats. Fat is good as vitamins and energy.

The required nutrients, as mentioned in the previous paragraph, are also in the meat substitutes.
