Recipe for clear soup with delicious pasta

With the recipe below you can prepare a very simple but delicious clear soup with pasta. This dish might be taken as a main meal.
Ingredients
1 egg
100g flower
100g cheese (preferably grated Parmesan cheese)
1 tbsp beef stock
2 tbsp chives *
2 tbsp fresh mince meat *
2 tbsp basil *
1 peppercorn (preferably black and ground)
Salt
To prepare this clear soup you will also need a rolling pin and a serrated knife.
* Quantity for the best result for four people. Of course, the dish may be prepared for more people.
Preparation time
The preparation time of this dish is approximately twenty minutes.
The recipe
First take the flower. Sieve it with a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix the egg and 1/4 Parmesan cheese into the flower. Now knead the dough until it becomes smooth. Flour the worktop and use the rolling pin to roll out the dough until it is a thin slice of about three millimetres thick.
Now take the serrated knife and cut the dough into strips of about one centimetre long. Then you cut each strip into pieces with a length of about two centimetres. Press the pieces of dough together in the centre and bring the stock to the boil. Now take the pasta and boil it just over five minutes. Be careful not to boil it longer, as this might cause the pasta to become less tasteful.
Stir the herbs and the rest of the ingredients (mince meat, chives etc.) through. Now season the soup with salt and pepper. Taste the soup to find out whether it is ready.
The end result
The clear soup with the pasta is now ready to be served to your guests. We hope you enjoy your meal!!
